Nettleton Management LLC, a Baltimore Based provider of Construction Management and Design/Build project delivery and Facilities Consulting services, is seeking to fill the following current onsite positions:
Onsite Construction Project Supervisor with a minimum 5 years experience in building rehabilitation, capable of and interested in managing both field operations (90% or more subcontracted) and some basic project management functions. This work can include sitework, building exterior renovations and repairs, building interiors, and new construction. Individual projects range from under $100,000 to $10,000,000 multi-year assignments. Seeking a creative and independent individual who can still work within the rules and who fully understands how to deliver a superior client experience and superior quality and safety, solve problems, and meet the normal constraints of budget and schedule compliance. Assignments will be throughout the general Baltimore Metro area. If you are afraid to walk through the mud, walk the job regularly, climb down in a hole or up on a scaffold to review the quality control details, this job isn’t for you. If you can’t utilize and maintain normal project controls and documentation and a computer, write a good report occaisionally, or conduct yourself in a highly professional manner, it also isn’t for you.
Assistant Project Manager, 0-3 years experience, for onsite position assisting company owner and project supervisory staff in management of multiple projects. Ideal candidate would be eager to learn, organized, professional in appearance and demeanor, hold a degree related to building construction or engineering, be great with people and a good communicator, and truly interested in all facets and types of building construction. Projects are mostly in the greater Baltimore Metropolitan area.
For both positions, Historic Restoration and Healthcare experience preferred. Relevant degree preferred but not necessary. This is a full-time assignment made for an individual who really loves the whole experience of project delivery and wants to be involved in every part of that experience. No ties but no t-shirts either.

The new Director of Facilities will lead the construction of a replacement hospital in Milford, Delaware
The Organization
Bayhealth is a technologically advanced not-for-profit healthcare system employing more than 3,100 with a medical staff of 425 physicians; the two-hospital system is licensed to operate 389 beds and has net revenues of $400 million. Central and southern Delaware's largest healthcare system, Bayhealth recorded 77,309 emergency department visits, 17,373 patient admissions and 2,322 births in fiscal year 2011.
The Opportunity
Responsibilities of the Director of Facilities Management include planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Facilities Management function of each of the two hospital campuses and selected off-site locations. Duties also encompass the operation, maintenance and disposal of plant facilities and equipment; and loss prevention management, including safety, fire prevention, and protection. The Director will lead operation of the organization’s infrastructure at all locations, develop and implement policies and procedures, establish standards and objectives of performance; evaluate performance and maintain quality assurance and coordinate with other departments to provide excellent service to patients and employees. The Director manages 65 FTEs, a reporting manager at each campus, and is responsible for operating and capital budgets.
The Candidate
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
· A minimum of seven to 10 years of general maintenance experience with increasing levels of responsibility, including at least five years of managerial experience at an acute care hospital.
· Broad knowledge of HVAC, mechanical and electrical repair and systems, utilities, ground care, and total building systems associated with the healthcare industry.
· Knowledgeable regarding audit protocols and regulatory requirements. (Joint Commission, OSHA, etc.)
· Strong understanding of energy management, with the ability to cut costs.
